Do I need to uninstall my current version before installing the update?
No. The installer software will automatically detect your current version and unistall it for you.

Why can't I open my license file?
You don't need to open your license file. Unlike many software companies, we use a file lock system. So, instead of entering a string of characters to unlock the software you need to copy this license file into the program directory. The program directory is typically 'C:\Program Files\(Program Name)\'. When the license file is place in this directory the software will be unlocked.

If you purchased your license before August 1, 2008 you will need to get a new license key that supports our new license severs. When the change took place, every customer who was effected was sent a new key via email, but you might not have received it if you have changed email address. Contact our support department and let them know you need an updated license and we will get one out to you right away.
